You may cancel your ConstructLogic subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing shan@bluediamond.capital. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription tier until that date. If you cancel during a free trial, your access ends immediately and no charge is applied.
ConstructLogic does not offer refunds for the current billing period already paid, whether billed monthly, annually, or under the Lifetime rate. Once a billing period has started, that period is non-refundable, regardless of usage.
Cancelling an annual plan stops future renewal. No partial or pro-rated refund is issued for the unused portion of the current annual term.
The Lifetime rate is tied to an active, continuous subscription. If you cancel, your Charter Member rate is forfeited. Should you resubscribe at a later date, current pricing at the time of resubscription will apply — the original Lifetime rate cannot be reinstated.
You may change your subscription tier at any time. If you are on the Lifetime rate, changing tier forfeits your Charter Member rate — the same as cancellation under Section 4 — and your new tier is billed at current standard pricing for that tier. This applies to both upgrades and downgrades. Standard subscription terms apply to all other tier changes.
ConstructLogic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of our Terms of Service. No refund is due in such cases.
Payments are processed by Peach Payments and Mauritius Commercial Bank (MCB). ConstructLogic does not store your card details. Any payment disputes should first be raised with us directly at shan@bluediamond.capital before contacting your card issuer.
We reserve the right to update or amend this Policy at any time. Minor or non-material changes may be made without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review this Policy regularly. Where a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of ConstructLogic after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.
